This contemporary home is part of a development set high on the clifftop above Watergate Bay on the North Cornwall coast, with sweeping views out to sea from its first-floor living space. Families, couples, and surf enthusiasts drawn to active beach holidays and coastal exploration are well placed here. Watergate Bay Beach is 250 metres away – a broad, 2-mile stretch of sand exposed to Atlantic swell that draws surfers, kayakers, and kite surfers year-round. Watersports tuition is available on the bay, covering surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, and kayaking. The South West Coast Path runs along the clifftop, linking Newquay's seven bays in one direction with Mawgan Porth in the other. Regular music festivals and surf competitions draw crowds to the shoreline throughout the year, and a choice of beachfront restaurants and cafes line the bay for meals after a day on the water.
