The living area is set on the first floor to make the most of the far-reaching sea views with superb sliding glass doors which open onto the balcony. A contemporary kitchen has an oven, hob, and fridge/freezer, as well as a handy dishwasher. Sit and eat together at the dining table while you look out over the lovely views, before curling up on the sofa in the lounge in front of the electric fire. Finishing up the first floor is a WC, while downstairs are the sleeping quarters. Firstly, a master bedroom can be configured as a super-king-size, or a twin bedroom, and has its own Smart TV, and a lovely en-suite bathroom with a sumptuous, free-standing bath. A second bedroom has a zip-and-link bed, and a pull-out truckle bed, also with a Smart TV, and an en-suite shower room. Outside of the ground floor is a lovely patio area accessed via both bedrooms which has a storeroom for wet suits and an outdoor shower. The balcony from the first floor contains table and chairs and sun loungers, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with a book.
Watergate Bay Beach is less than 500 metres from the doorstep, a beautiful stretch of shoreline where you can sunbathe, surf, kite surf, or kayak. Head off along the beautiful South West Coast Path which winds along clifftop and coastline passing superb views. The bustling town of Newquay, is just 3 miles down the road.
