This welcoming Edwardian home sits in the village of Trevone on Cornwall's north coast, set within a national landscape. Sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms, it’s the perfect base for families and groups of friends planning coastal adventures together. With its sheltered bay, cliff-top footpaths, and soft sand, Trevone is well suited to surfers and walkers looking for a quieter stretch of shoreline. The South West Coast Path runs along the cliffs above the village, connecting a string of beaches – part of Cornwall's Seven Bays – each with its own character. Between Trevone and Harlyn Bay (3 miles), a natural tidal pool appears at the base of the cliffs. Padstow, known for its harbour and restaurants, is 2 miles along the coast, while Harlyn Bay offers surf lessons and a wide stretch of sand reached by the cliff path. Stepper Point (2.5 miles) is also accessible from the coastal path.

The spacious ground-floor living area is centred around a wood burner, with comfortable seating and a Smart TV. An open-plan kitchen, dining, and snug area leads off from here – a large farmhouse table seats ten, with a breakfast bar for three alongside. The snug, with its small sofa and armchair, makes for an ideal reading nook. Sliding doors open from the dining area onto the patio garden. On the first floor, bedroom one has a king-size bed and its own en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. Bedroom two has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be configured as two singles on request, while bedroom three has twin beds. The first-floor family bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, and WC.

The courtyard garden is enclosed and features an outdoor table and chairs for eight, plus a BBQ. A private hot tub sits within the garden, perfect for winding down after a long day at the beach. Dedicated surf storage keeps boards and gear secure. Private parking is available for three cars on the driveway.
