The village is a collection of sturdy granite cottages with lifeguard cover on the beach. Sennen Beach – voted one of the country's best by Conde Nast Traveller – lies 0.5 miles below the property, where pale sand and turquoise water give the cove a distinctly Mediterranean character. Gwynver Beach is 1.5 miles along the coast, offering another sweep of sand to explore. St Ives (16 miles) is home to the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, alongside galleries, cafes, and restaurants.
The open-plan living room is filled with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, with cosy shutters and patio doors leading out to the garden. Three sofas, two armchairs, and a large footstool are arranged around the gas fire, all facing the sea views, with a TV on the far wall. Around the corner, the kitchen/diner has a breakfast bar with four stools and a wooden dining table seating up to eight, with views over Sennen Cove and a door out to the garden. A utility room leads off the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with garden views and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, and WC, with access through to the utility room. Two further bedrooms each contain a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be arranged as two singles, served by a family bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, and WC. A separate shower room with WC completes the accommodation.
A patio with table and chairs, accessed from the living room and kitchen, provides space for al fresco dining with views over the cove and the Atlantic. The garden is enclosed by Cornish stone walls and laid to lawn, with established shrubs and views out to sea. Private off-road parking is available for three cars.
