This two-bedroom apartment sits on the headland at Fistral Beach, with panoramic views stretching along the North Cornish coastline to Watergate Bay and beyond. With the sand 230 metres away, the apartment suits couples and families with young children for a surf-focused coastal break. Fistral Beach is renowned for its surf and is home to surf schools and board-hire shops along the beachfront. A cliff-top path leads across to Little Fistral and its surrounding coves, where sand and shingle spill out between barnacle-dotted rock pools – a quieter, more secluded contrast to the main bay. At low tide, a walk around the headland passes Newquay's historic Huer's Hut (0.5 miles) before reaching the town's seven beaches. Pentire Headland lies to the north, offering further coastal walks. Watergate Bay (5 miles), with its rolling surf and choice of eateries, and Perranporth (9 miles), known for its independent shops, can both be reached by car.


Light fills the open-plan living space through large windows that frame the coastal views. The sitting area has two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, leading through to the dining area with its table and six chairs. Beyond the dining space, the kitchen includes a breakfast bar with four stools for a more casual meal. An entrance hall with a utility cupboard leads through to the bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys sea views and has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be configured as two singles, along with a walk-in wardrobe and dressing table. Its en-suite shower room has a rainfall shower and WC. The second bedroom also looks out to sea and has two single zip-and-link beds that can be made up as a double, with a wardrobe and full-length mirror. A family bathroom serves this bedroom, with a bath, overhead rainfall shower, and WC. The apartment is on the second floor, with access by both stairs and lift.


A large balcony overlooks the Cornish coast, furnished with a rattan table and four chairs for al fresco dining. On the ground floor, a surf storeroom with a lockable cage provides safe storage for beach equipment, shared with other guests in the development, along with a shower for rinsing off sandy gear. An allocated parking space is provided in the secure car park.
