Fire up the wood burner and get cosy on the sofas while watching a movie on the Smart TV, or take an evening tipple into the sun porch which has further seating. The spacious kitchen downstairs has everything you need for cooking delicious meals and preparing picnics for your fun days out. Back upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a king-size with remarkable sea and bay views, and a twin bedroom. The twin is accessed through the king-size, making the property suitable for a small family. Completing the interior of the cottage is a practical bathroom with a shower over the bath. A small balcony/courtyard has seating for al fresco drinks and dinner and looks over the beach, a perfect spot for soaking up the sea breeze in comfort. Private parking for one car is provided.
Porth Beach is a large stretch of pretty shoreline which is great for exploring rock pools and building sandcastles. The bustling and cultural town of Newquay (1 mile) has much to see and do including an eclectic range of independent shops and restaurants, and several beaches suitable for surfing. Right from the doorstep, you can access the South West Coast Path, for long, scenic walks past some of Cornwall’s very best views.
