Settle on one of the plush dark blue velvet sofas to gaze out towards the sea or slide open the glass doors so you can step up and out onto the balcony. Make a cup of tea in the immaculate kitchen to enjoy with a freshly baked scone and Cornish clotted cream at the table or as you watch the Smart TV or listen to the DAB radio. One of the sofas in here can be transformed into a bed for two additional guests if discussed in advance. As the sun sets over the Atlantic, pop open a bottle of chilled fizz to share on the balcony, which has glass balustrades. This holiday home comes with storage for surfboards and other outdoor equipment, as well as parking for one car.
Amble just 300 metres down to the sand at Porth Beach to swim, picnic or try your hand at paddleboarding. Fistral Beach, with its impressive surf, is 3.5 miles away. Visit Padstow, 12.5 miles away, with its independent shops, boutiques and seafood eateries.
