This contemporary cottage sits at the end of a quiet lane, just 50 metres from Porth Beach on the North Cornwall coast. With rockpooling, cave exploration, and sandcastle building all possible on Porth Beach, the cottage is well suited to families and adventurers seeking an active beach holiday. A narrow wooden footbridge connects the beach to Porth Island, a headland rich in history. Clifftop walks along the coast path lead south towards Lusty Glaze Beach (0.5 miles) and north towards Watergate Bay (2 miles) and the rolling cliffs of Mawgan Porth (4 miles). Streams weave across the sand, and rockpools line the shoreline between the caves and headlands. Porth's wide sweep of sand provides ample space for children and adults to play, build, and explore all year round.

The welcoming, spacious lounge features a corner sofa, bean bags for extra seating, and a wood burner set in a striking stone fireplace. A Smart TV, DVD player, DAB radio, and selection of games complete the room. Perhaps the focal point of the property is the impressive, professional kitchen which flows into the dining area, which has a long dining table and bench seating for eight. There is also a Smart TV and sofa here. A utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, light fills the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed and an armchair, with doors opening onto a patio overlooking Porth Beach. Its en-suite shower room has a walk-in shower. A second king-size bedroom also has its own en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a king-size zip-and-link bed with a built-in wardrobe and a glimpse of the sea, while the fourth is a twin. The family bathroom has a roll-top bath, a separate walk-in rainfall shower. On the ground floor, a wet room provides an additional walk-in shower and WC, alongside a separate cloakroom with a WC.

The front garden is laid with faux grass and patio tiles, with curved bench seating, an outdoor sofa, a table and stools for al fresco dining, and a dedicated BBQ area with a charcoal BBQ. A seasonal outdoor surf shower is available in summer. Private parking is available for two cars.
