A second bedroom has a zip-and-link bed that can be configured as two single beds on request, with a side table, dressing table, and hanging rail. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, WC, and heated towel rail. The first floor apartment is reached by stairs or a lift.

A private, enclosed courtyard behind the apartment has a round table, four chairs, and a parasol for al fresco dining. The courtyard is south-facing. The building entrance and intercom are shared with other residents in the development. Private parking for one car is in a designated space outside the building.
