This two-bedroom, ground-floor apartment sits just metres from the sand at Porth Beach, a sheltered, west-facing bay between Newquay and Watergate Bay. Surf beaches and cliff-top coast paths make it ideal for families and adventurers looking for a beach base. Porth Beach is a broad sweep of sand flanked by headlands on either side, with rock pools, caves, and streams to explore at low tide. A narrow wooden footbridge leads across to Porth Island, a headland rich in history where a blowhole sends rainbow sprays of water skyward at mid-tide. At low tide, the beach stretches all the way to Watergate Bay (2 miles) beneath the rolling cliffs – a route that can also be covered on the coast path above. Heading in the other direction, Lusty Glaze Beach (0.5 miles) is one of several bays lining the coast towards Newquay (1 mile).


Bi-fold patio doors open from the living area onto the sun terrace, flooding the space with natural light and framing views across Porth Beach and out to Porth Island. The living area is equipped with soft seating, a TV, and a music player. An open-plan layout connects through to the dining area, where a table seats four, and the modern kitchen sits alongside. From the entrance hallway, the master bedroom also opens onto the terrace through its own bi-fold door, offering a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress and sea views across the beach – its en-suite shower room features a rainfall shower and WC. Across the hall, the twin bedroom has two single beds, both with memory foam mattresses. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, plus a WC.


The private sun terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, looking out over the beach and across to Porth Island. Level access leads from the apartment to the sand, crossing a quiet access road. The entrance hall and intercom are shared with guests in the other apartments. Designated parking is provided for one car.
