This third-floor penthouse apartment sits directly on Perranporth Beach, part of a development on Cornwall's north coast with panoramic views over the Atlantic. Northwards, the surf breaks at Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay draw board riders of all abilities. In Perranporth itself, a golf club perches on the green cliff tops above the bay, and the village centre has independent boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. At low tide, a natural open-air tidal pool forms on the shore, and the wide beach stretches out to reveal caves and rock pools worth exploring.
