Ready to roll out of bed and straight onto the beach, in spectacular north Cornwall? This modern four-bedroom townhouse allows you to do just that, sitting directly in front of Perranporth Beach. Part of a modern development, with unbeatable views over golden sand dunes and the Atlantic Ocean, it makes a fantastic seaside base for families, walkers and adventure-loving groups. You are welcome to bring the dogs along, too.

The luxury property is arranged over three split-level floors, with its impressive open-plan living space at the top. Here, electric curtains and sliding doors frame the coastal outlook, and there’s a large L-shaped leather sofa and feature chair in front of the Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar for perching with a coffee, plus a dining table for sharing home-cooked meals. Two balconies lead out from this floor, both with outdoor furniture so you can relax in the fresh air. The first floor has a super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite rainfall shower and WC, a king-size bedroom, and a double bedroom. There’s also a family bathroom with a bath, shower over the bath and WC, plus a utility cupboard housing the washer/dryer. Downstairs, the sea-view king-size bedroom has an en-suite rainfall shower and WC, as well as direct access to a decked area. When it comes to parking, you’ll have a secure garage with parking for one car, along with a dedicated space for a second vehicle. A shared footpath beside the car park entrance leads you directly to the sand.

Perranporth’s shops, restaurants and coast path are all within 150 metres, making it easy to explore on foot. Take to the waves locally or follow the coastal path south through the heritage coastline towards St Agnes (0.5 miles), passing the dramatic clifftop ruins of Wheal Coates mine (5.5 miles). Further along the North Cornwall coast, the renowned surfing spots of Fistral Beach (7 miles) and Watergate Bay (10.5 miles) are also waiting to be explored.

Shampoo and conditioner appeared to be watered down as the water had not emulsified properly so was separated although the soap was fine. Mattresses could do with toppers, we were notified about the downstairs door was unusable however it was not closed at bottom which caused a cold draught making it unsuitable to sleep in

We stayed in 7 the Dunes in Perrenporth, it was pure luxury, fabulous view of the beach and the famous Watering Hole was 2 minutes away. The house had every amenity you could possibly need, it was very much home from home. Lovely big bedrooms, with lots of storage and comfortable beds. It was expensive as we stayed in the school holidays, but it wRead moreas worth every penny for a week of pure indulgence. We will definitely be returning back Hide
