Discover the great beauty of Cornwall’s south coast when you retreat to this sleek apartment in Falmouth. Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom hideaway sits on the third floor of an imposing building that looks out over sub-tropical gardens towards the sea. Stroll just 30 metres to find yourselves on the green open space behind the pale sands of award-winning Gyllyngvase Beach.

Make use of the lift to reach the third floor, where your private quarters are located. Enter to find an exquisite, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner that is filled with streaming sunshine. Slide open the glass door to the balcony to bring in a sea breeze. Bluetooth your music via Alexa as you unpack the provisions you have brought with you in the chic kitchen. Brew fresh coffee in the machine and amble over to the comfortable seating to flick through the channels on the Smart TV. This attractively finished space also has a stylish dining table where you can gather for meals. Explore the rest of the apartment and discover a useful utility room, plus the three immaculate bedrooms. Two of these are king-sizes, each with an en-suite shower room and one with a Smart TV and balcony access. The final bedroom is a super-king-size that can also be made up as two singles if discussed in advance. There is also a family bathroom. Dine out at the bistro table on the balcony or sip a sundowner from the comfort of the outside sofa. Guests have access to storage for surfboards and other outdoor equipment, plus parking for one car.

Walk 1 mile along the scenic South West Coast Path to Tudor Pendennis Castle. Venture 11 miles to see the exquisite National Trust garden at Trelissick. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, 24 miles away, are also well worth a day trip.

Fabulously comfortable apartment in a great location. Its easy to walk to several good restaurants and having the Co op downstairs is really convenient.

This was our third stay at 26 The Liner and we found it every bit as relaxing as the previous 2 stays. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful view just makes the stress of everyday life melt away. We loved the apartment. The location was perfect and being next to the hotel and the beach cafe was excellent for an evening. Being able to sit out on the balcony was lovely. Furnishings were lovely. Some of the paintwork needs touching up as it's a bit marked but to be fair we stayed at the end of the season so probably to be expected. Really lovRead moreely apartment and great location. Having the Beryl bikes and scooters just outside was also great if you couldn't be bothered to walk down to town (and they are such good fun). If we come to Falmouth again we will definitely think about staying here again! Hide

Appartment 26 at The Liner is a beautiful place to enjoy a very comfortable stay in Falmouth. Well equipped and high quality all round we found everything we wanted and needed provided . The balcony was a great place to watch the world go by with a cup of coffee to start the day and a drink to finish it !

First impressions count and this apartment ticks all the right boxes. It has been finished to a very high standard and is right up there. Location is fantastic and the use of the surf store was a godsend. The balcony is a total sun trap later in the day. The only tiny gripe is that the parking spaces are more on the tight side but I guess tRead morehat's to be expected within the footprint. That aside I would not hesitate to stay here again and would rate it as one of our favourite apartments we've ever stayed in. Hide
