This four-bedroom beachside house sits directly on the sand at Perranporth, forming part of a development on one of Cornwall's most popular beaches. The wild cliffs, surf beaches, and open countryside of the north Cornwall coast make this an ideal base for families, walkers, and adventurers. Perranporth's natural open-air tidal pool offers sea swimming at low tide, while the town's colourful streets are lined with independent boutiques and a range of restaurants and bars. Perranporth Golf Club, voted the fourth top golf club in Cornwall, sits on the green cliff tops above. Further along the coast, Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay draw surfers from across the country, and the heritage coastline and unspoiled bays around St Agnes lie to the south. The coastal path links many of these destinations, running along dramatic headlands with wide views across the Atlantic.

This split-level house is arranged over three floors, with contemporary interiors designed to the highest standard. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space occupies the second floor, where floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors open onto a balcony with uninterrupted views across the sand dunes, beach, and Atlantic Ocean. The living area has two large sofas and a Smart TV, while the dining area centres on a wooden table seating eight. A breakfast bar provides additional seating in the kitchen, and a second balcony accessible from the kitchen looks out towards Perranporth town. On the first floor, the second bedroom has a king-size bed with views across the beach and ocean, and its en-suite shower room has a large rainfall shower and WC. Two further bedrooms sit on this floor – the third with a king-size zip-and-link bed and the fourth with a king-size zip-and-link bed, both configurable as twin singles. A family bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, and WC serves these rooms, and a utility cupboard is also on this floor. The ground-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed and sea views, with patio doors opening onto a terrace. Its en-suite shower room features a large rainfall shower and WC, with a door also leading out to the terrace. Stairs connect all three floors.

Double doors from the ground-floor bedroom open onto a large sea-view terrace, which leads to a lawn shared with other guests in the development. An outside tap is provided for rinsing off sand after the beach. An outdoor shower and beach access via a footpath at the car park entrance are also shared with other guests in the development. One allocated parking space is provided in the development car park, with additional spaces available in local pay-and-display car parks.
