This contemporary house is one of five properties in a small development, set behind the golden dunes of Perranporth Beach on the North Cornwall coast. With the coastal path running along the clifftops and sand dunes rolling down to the wide beach, it is well suited to families and groups of friends drawn to the coast for walking, surfing, and adventure. At low tide, the sands stretch far enough to uncover a natural open-air tidal pool at the foot of the cliffs. The coastal path heads south to Wheal Coates mine (6 miles) and the heritage coastline and unspoiled bays around St Agnes (4 miles) , while Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay (10 and 12 miles respectively) to the north are known for their surf. In the village, a golf club sits on the green clifftops, and colourful streets are lined with independent boutiques, cafes, and restaurants, giving the town a relaxed and creative atmosphere.

Spread across three floors, the house has its main living space on the first floor. A large sitting room has a sofa, armchairs, and a Smart TV, with sliding doors that open onto a balcony. At ground level, a rear patio has a table and chairs for al fresco dining. A surf store is on hand for boards, and a cold outdoor shower sits alongside. Private parking is available for two cars.
