The local coastline is at the heart of this home-away-from-home, with the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner enjoying breathtaking views overlooking Cawsand Beach and beyond. The large corner sofa (which can also be used as a sofa bed for alternative sleeping arrangements or additional guests) is perfect for watching the large Smart TV and takes full advantage of the views, perfectly placed beside bi-fold doors that open onto the inviting balcony. The stylish kitchen is set around an island and a handy breakfast bar; the large wooden dining table provides room for the whole party to gather and dine. There are three blissful bedrooms to retire to after a busy beach day. There’s an en-suite super-king-size bedroom that faces the sea, with views across Cawsand Beach, and two super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms, with one featuring a Juliet balcony and contemporary en-suite facilities. Both super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms can be arranged as twin bedrooms if required. Positioned directly above Cawsand Beach, the large balcony provides the perfect spot for al fresco dining amongst your picturesque setting. Private parking is provided for one car in the underground car park.

Located on Cornwall’s Rame Peninsula, the former fishing village of Cawsand offers a picturesque escape from everyday life, with views of boats bobbing in the harbour and the tide lulling against the shore. Boasting rock pools and idyllic waters perfect for swimming and water sports, on the fringes of Plymouth Sound, Cawsand Beach, accessed directly from the doorstep, offers a lovely spot for a bucket and spade day out. Neighbouring Kingsand, less than half a mile away, offers another delightful beach to explore. The South West Coast Path runs directly behind the apartment, ideal for anyone who loves nothing better than walking and hiking.

We have stayed in this property for a good number of years. It would be difficult to match it in the area. The bifold doors and balcony and proximity to the beach make it a joy in all Cornish weathers! The apartment is high spec and very comfortable. We will continue to book for our annual trip to Cawsand - a very special place indeed.
