A two-bedroom detached house perched on the headland above Fistral Beach in Newquay, North Cornwall, with sweeping views out to sea. With the beach 150 metres away along the edge of the golf course, the property is well suited to families and surf enthusiasts looking for active, beach-centred holidays. Fistral Beach is world-famous for its surf – grab a board and get amongst the swell. At the far end of the beach, Little Fistral and its surrounding coves offer sand, shingle, and barnacle-dotted pools along a quieter, more secluded stretch of coastline away from the main bay. The Pentire headland and Gannel estuary open up miles of coastal walking with sheltered inlets and wide-open sea views across Cornwall's north coast. At low tide, a route in the other direction around the headland passes Newquay's historic Huer's Hut and connects onward to the town's seven beaches.

The ground floor is given over to an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space, with large sea-facing windows that frame north coast sunsets. A corner sofa and log-effect gas fire sit alongside an oak dining table with bench seating for relaxed family meals. Beyond the breakfast bar – which has stools and its own sea views – a door opens onto the enclosed courtyard. A downstairs cloakroom with WC completes the ground floor. From here, the staircase leads to two bedrooms. In the master bedroom, a king-size bed and built-in wardrobes are complemented by sea views from both windows. Next door, the second bedroom has a three-foot bunk bed and a single bed, with built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a view over the garden. Between the two bedrooms, the family bathroom has a bath with shower over the bath, a separate rainfall shower, a WC, and a heated towel rail.

The walled courtyard at the rear has a table and four chairs for al fresco dining, along with a hot outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet and wetsuits. To the front, a large garden offers sea views, space for ball games, and a raised patio area with rockery. One designated parking space is available under a car port.
