This contemporary apartment occupies a frontline waterfront position on Cawsand Beach, on the Rame Peninsula. Suited to families and groups of friends seeking a coastal holiday, it sits in a former fishing village far less frequented than many Cornish beach destinations. Masts and sails point skywards, barnacles fizz on the harbour wall, and the tide lulls gently against the shore below. Kingsand Beach sits alongside, while the high cliffs and stretching sands of Whitsand Bay are 5.5 miles along the South West Coast Path, which runs directly behind the apartment. Rame Head is 2 miles away for dramatic cliff-top walks. The Cawsand Ferry crosses from the beach to Plymouth – running from Easter until the last Sunday in October – giving access to the city's restaurants, cafes, pubs, and shops.

The first floor is given over to a light and airy open-plan living space with panoramic views across Cawsand Bay. A corner sofa and armchair face the TV, while a Juliet balcony opens directly over the beach. Beneath feature lighting, the dining area seats six with the sea visible through the windows, and a breakfast bar with three stools leads through to the kitchen. A cloakroom on this level has a WC, washing machine, and tumble dryer. On the second floor, the master bedroom features a super-king-size bed with sea views and an en-suite shower room with a rainfall shower and WC. Next door, a second bedroom offers a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be configured as two singles. The third bedroom has a chalet bunk bed – double on the bottom and single on top – lit by a skylight with an electric blind. Completing the second floor, the family bathroom has a bath with a rainfall shower overhead and a WC.
