One of Cornwall's oldest towns, Bodmin, 10 miles away, is home to plenty of fantastic eateries, as well as the historic Bodmin Jail and a nostalgic steam railway. The coast is never far; Par Sands, Looe, Polperro, and Port Isaac are all reached within 25 miles.
