The bright and airy lower ground-floor apartment, which is reached via a flight of steep steps, is decorated in subtle coastal hues and an array of tasteful seaside-themed accessories. The main living space is a gorgeous lounge/kitchen/diner with wooden floors and a large bay window looking out towards the harbour. Along one wall is a sleek kitchen with granite worktops and high-end appliances, and there’s a sweet table in the window for sharing romantic dinners. In the evenings, cuddle up on the sofa to watch a movie on the Smart TV. When it’s time for bed, retire to the tranquil king-size bedroom with its coastal-inspired decor. A contemporary shower room completes the accommodation. There is no designated outdoor space. However, with the beach and coast path virtually on your doorstep, you’ll have ample space to stretch your legs and breathe in the fresh, sea air. Parking is in a public car park, 500 metres away.
Looe is a bustling harbour town with a rich maritime history. While away an afternoon in one of the traditional seafaring pubs, or sample some delicious seafood in one of the restaurants overlooking the water. Afterwards, head down to the sandy beach for a paddle in the sea or perhaps join one of the boat trips departing from the harbour. The picturesque town of Fowey is 23 miles away and is renowned for its fabulous collection of independent eateries, along with cute boutiques and art galleries.
