As part of the Polperro Heritage Coast, there are plenty of beaches and coves to explore, all connected by the South West Coast Path.

Fowey itself is a gorgeous town and is surrounded by stunning cliffs and countryside, with lots of other picturesque towns/villages to discover a little further afield, such as Polperro (7 miles), Looe (12 miles) and Mevagissey (14 miles). You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to sandy beaches and hidden coves, but the National Trust’s Lantic Bay (3.5 miles) is worth a visit. Also be sure to visit popular attractions the Eden Project (6.5 miles) and the stunning Lost Gardens of Heligan (14.5 miles).
