This coastal bolthole enjoys a central location in the popular town of Padstow. Sleeping four guests, the cottage is perfect for families and couples looking to explore Cornwall’s picturesque North coast. The property is 300 metres from the town’s lively harbour, and you’ll also be just 0.5 miles from a gorgeous, sandy beach. Nearby day trips include Port Isaac and Newquay (both within 16 miles).

The contemporary cottage has a home-away-from-home feel, with a smattering of cute accessories and coastal decor. A welcoming lounge/diner provides the perfect place to relax, dining around the table together or catching up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. On a summer’s day, throw open the French doors to let the sea air flow in. The separate kitchen is a fun and vibrant space, with all the equipment needed for a self-catering holiday. Stairs lead to the first floor and the inviting double bedroom and the twin with its Juliet balcony. A family bathroom completes the accommodation. The property has a choice of outdoor areas, so you can follow the sunshine throughout the day. There is a patio with furniture at the front, and an enclosed rear patio with a bistro set. You’ll also have access to a garden area that’s shared with other residents.

A short 300-metre stroll brings you to Padstow’s bustling harbour, where you’ll find a fantastic array of eateries, many showcasing Cornwall’s delicious produce and seafood. The town also boasts a fine collection of independent boutiques and galleries – the perfect places to pick up a souvenir. From the harbour, board a boat to go wildlife watching along the coast or hop on the ferry to visit the stylish resort of Rock. A 0.5-mile amble along the coast path brings you to the golden sands of St George’s Cove.

Normally we stay in Sarah's View area however was not available for us, we took the leap and found Seaview and I have to say this property was perfect. Location is easier to walk back too it has a patio area front and back so can chase the sun when it was out. Would definitely book again for next time.

Lovely clean comfortable cottage and very well equipped in a very good location just on the edge of the old town. Dedicated parking bay which is definitely a bonus.

We had a lovely stay at the Seashells, Padstow. The house had everything you need for your holiday including parking and conveniently situated for a short walk into old Padstow and the harbour.

We loved this property. A short walk down the hill to the harbour and beach. Very clean and tidy and dog friendly. Would 100% recommend this property as a great base for Padstow and the surrounding areas.

House good but unhappy with 4pm entrance and 9am exit time and quite a few message reminders of this.

The property was tiny, not big enough for two people and two dogs! On a busy and noisy road, not what I need in holiday! Pictures made the property look bigger than it is. Very disappointed with it. So would not book cottage again.

The bedroom double doors were locked and we could not open them. The weather was hot and the room was very warm and stuffy because of this. We are staying there in August 2023 and hope they are fixed.

Really cosy, comfortable and well-equipped cottage in a perfect location. It was so nice to find it all beautifully decorated for Christmas. We were able to stroll down to Padstow harbour and restaurants in 5 minutes. Parking was good and the welcome pack was such a lovely surprise. Would love to return.
