A lovely location with good facilities, close to the town and beaches Weve stayed here a few times, but havent visited since Covid and the new owners, sadly the kitchen is tired and needs updating and the outside furniture is rotten and unsafe to use

Loved it so much in '21 we decided to return and enjoyed it all over again 4 years on! Still as cosy and comfortable but spacious and well equipped! Most days had at least one swim session to ourselves and the kids loved it! Highly recommend!

Good size property for 6. Not well maintained and outdoor furniture not acceptable for a holiday rental. Damaged and short of cushions. Cleanliness good.

The cottage was spacious, clean and well-located, with good walking access to the coast along public rights of way. We enjoyed using the pool. For the first time, we tried the Lodge takeaway at Wooda, just up the road, which was excellent. We also revisited Sip & Sea cafe at Northcott Mouth, which was just as good as last year.

The property is in a good location, a less than 10 minute walk to the nearest pub and a ten minute drive to a supermarket and the centre of Bude. The swimming pool was useful, especially on rainy days and the play area was good for the children. The property was a good size for us - 6 adults and 2 small children. It could do with a deep clean, someRead more cosmetic work and things fixed e.g door handles, locks and a pressurised shower. The front and back area could also be tidyed up. Hide

A lovely cottage with everything you could possibly need for a week away. Plenty of room for us, our 4 teenagers and dog. Kids loved the pool.
