Beautiful, spotlessly clean, very well equipped annex , we stayed for two weeks, it has everything you need for holiday, very comfortable, it even has camping chairs and beach towels, hairdryer, the hosts Patryk and Joanna , are very friendly and helpful we really enjoyed staying there and would stay there again if back to Newquay, we would highlRead morey recommend it Hide

The property was of a very high standard and spotlessly clean with new fixtures and furniture throughout. The kitchen was well equipped and the kingsize bed was amazingly comfortable. The shower was spacious with multiple shower heads at different levels. It is all on the ground floor once inside, but has a small incline for access where the oRead morewners park their cars hence the on street parking. Location was excellent with only a 10 minute walk to both Newquay and Asda. Very good value for money and would highly recommend for couples or solo travellers. Hide

The annex is beautiful and very comfortable. The advert says parking on road but do not count on it. We spent far too long trying to park near the annex and ended up having to walk with bags and stuff from the day. The owner has a driveway but this isnt made accessible to the guests.
