Contemporary-style single-level stone cottage found close to Helston sleeps four guests in comfort. An appealing choice for guests looking for a central Cornish location with easy access to the Lizard Peninsula and the harbour of Falmouth.

Tasteful interior design and furnishings make this inviting cottage a family favourite. Relax on the sunny patio with the morning paper or play board games together around the wood burner in the inviting lounge. Children can play in peace on the lawn at the rear of the property between visits to the local attractions.

Helston is the gateway to the Lizard Peninsula and home to RNAS Culdrose which has a visiting platform to watch aircraft land and take off. The town centre has an excellent range of independent stores and places to wine and dine too. The Lizard is full of amazing places to discover from Gunwalloe Cove, to Coverack, Porthoustock, and Lizard Point (all within 10 miles). Roseland Barn is close to the A30 and the national road network which means you can reach other Cornish regions with ease.

The cottage was perfect for our holiday. Cream tea and fresh flowers on our arrival were very welcoming. Location perfect for visiting many Cornish attractions. Would definitely re-visit. Many thanks to the Owners.

It is our second time staying at the barn and it did not disappoint. The barn is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. It is nice to be able to sit in the private garden and relax after a day of visiting Cornwalls pretty attractions. The scones, clotted cream and milk started is a lovely extra left by the owners. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The little touches ment so much. We took my sister in law who was recovering from a stroke and the little touches made her day

A great barn conversion which was very clean and comfortable. Lovely enclosed rear garden and well equipped kitchen. The accommodation was in a good location, central to the South West corner, perfect for exploring the local area.

Lovely Barn, extremely well equipped. Very clean, beds comfortable and towels were large. The cream tea and flowers were a nice touch. Unfortunately we only used the outside space once due to weather but the chairs were very comfortable

Fabulous all round for us and our two boys! Anna and James have thought of everything, very comfortable and everything you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Roseland Barn from the very start of our holiday when we enjoyed the complimentary cream tea and the beautiful flowers (such a lovely touch). The accommodation was exceptional and exactly as described. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed. The cottage is ideally situated for visitors wanting to visit places of interest and Cornwall's famous gardens west of Falmouth with easy access to the A394. The cottage itself is at the end of a private driveway and is fully equipped and very comfortable. A bonus is having the owners on site who are able to help if one has problem. The Barn (Roseland) was fantastic. Our stay was fabulous and can only praise the owners for their commitment to making a holiday first class. Thankyou. There was a small issue wih the TV. We contacted the owner who appeared 5 minutes later to fix the problem.

We had an excellent stay here. The property was clean, tidy and well equipped. The garden area is a sun trap on an afternoon! It is situated in a perfect location for exploring all Cornwall has to offer.

Our 2nd time at this lovely property, which is in a good, central location for most of Cornwall. Well equipped for an extended stay (washer, dryer, freezer, etc). Only a couple of miles outside of Helston, which has a large Tesco, a few places to eat-in or take-away, & a nice town centre with shops etc. We had a nice, hassle free holiday at RoselanRead mored Barn, which is just enough off the beaten track to be peaceful, but still close enough to town to be convenient. A lovely spacious barn in a beautiful rural setting. Easy to find, comfortable and very well equipped. Simple instructions on how to access the property and use all the appliances. We had a lovely stay. Located central to travel to Falmouth, Penzance, Lizard point and the very pretty harbour town of Porthleven The amenities were great. Comfy beds and very clean.
