Spacious and modern, this second-floor apartment offers a homely sanctuary for lovers of the rugged Atlantic coastline. Under a mile to the sparkling waters of Fistral Beach and Crantock Beach, you will never be far from an unforgettable day on the sand. On your return, rinse the salt off with a hot bath before stepping out onto the balcony to watch the sun melt into the horizon, drink in hand.

Waking up in this apartment is a joy. Sea views from all bedrooms will have you reaching for your beach bag, but first, take time for breakfast in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner while you gaze out to the sea through large sliding doors. The evening draws near, and after a blissful golden hour on the balcony, retreat into the cosy living area to watch films or play board games in the warmly-lit space.

Just behind the property is the South West Coast Path which leads you to the Pentire Headland - see if you can spot the grey seals playing in the surf. The surfing beach of Fistral, where you can rent a board and hit the waves, is also within easy walking distance at under 1 mile away. Pop in the car to Newquay's town centre (2 miles away). Here you can browse the charming shops and cafes, or make a visit to Newquay Zoo or the undersea safari of the Blue Reef Aquarium.

an excellent property with views you would struggle to find anywhere else. The property is huge . I live in a 4 bed detached house with my husband but the space in this holiday property was better than my home. The apartment block is very well maintained as are the gardens. Everything worked which is unusual for a holiday property. he open plan iRead mores excellent, the cleanliness was superb with beautiful bedding and towels. The balcony was a real bonus to catch the sun and stunning sunsets. Kerrie, the caretaker is really nice and keeps the place immaculate. Central for getting around on the buses as the bus stop is right outside. Car parking space is a real bonus. we had a wonderful 2 week stay in this property and were able to go out and about with our friends who live about 10 minutes walk away. We had an amazing time here, the apartment was immaculate and very spacious. The views of the sea and beaches were spectacular. When we arrived there was a welcome package of tea, milk and biscuits, much needed after a long drive. Lots to do in this area of Newquay. The walks along the pathways to the two beaches( one in a cove) were amazing. I wouRead moreld highly recommend staying here. Information on arrival and getting keys was well organised.
