Great property in a fantastic location with parking. No immediate local shop but plenty a mile or so away towards Newquay. Would certainly look to return.

very lovely cottage all mod cons a home from home lovely location about 200 yds from a most amazing beach. It has a nice pub along the beach and a cafe at the end of beach road. the only thing i would mention is that it was on the second floor with quite a lot of steps up to it no problem if you are young but we found it hard as we are 81 yrs old aRead morend live in a bungalow even so we did enjoy it. A fabulous place to stay for a couple. 2 Minutes walk to the beautiful Porth beach. A clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. This was my second stay with this owner and I will return.

Amazing location!! Apartment does need a little spruce up & new sofa needed but this did not spoil our stay . Messy neighbours spoil first impression. Apartment has everything you need & was very clean on arrival. Messages were replied too quickly when we contacted them. This accommodation is not suited to disabled people due to the amount of steps that you need to climb which includes steps from the Parking area to the Patio. These are not mentioned in the write up. An ideal base for our stay. A few feet from a really lovely tea house (Gwenna) that made us feel welcome for breakfast each time. And only a few more feet to a great beach! All people we met were friendly & welcoming - having a cute puppy might have helped!
