You enter the apartment from the courtyard and go up the staircase to the first floor where there are lovely features throughout, including exposed brickwork and a stone fireplace with an open fire. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is ideal for spending time together relaxing in front of the fire, cooking, playing games or watching TV. There are two bedrooms: a double with a TV, and a single with a bunkbed, there’s also a shower room. The apartment has a garden area with a BBQ and dining furniture for dining al fresco. There’s also a launderette on-site, and if you have furry family members, you can use the exercise field, warm dog shower, and unlimited doggy towels.
The complex is sited within 7 acres of beautiful countryside and there’s lots to do on-site, with a hot tub, sauna, and indoor swimming pool, a games room, and a kids’ play area. The coastal villages of Polruan (2 miles away) and Polperro (3 miles) are on the South West Coast Path with stunning walks along the headlands. For a family day out, head to The Eden Project (13 miles away) to explore the world’s biggest indoor rainforest. The Lost Gardens of Heligan is a 21.5-mile drive and worth seeing. Fly down the zip wire, chuck an axe or wipe out at the aqua park at Adrenalin Quarry (14.5 miles away), an awesome day out for thrill seekers.
