Decorated throughout with a clean aesthetic and pop art-inspired splashes of colour, this characterful annexe lends a cheerful atmosphere to any stay. Step inside and discover an open-plan living space with direct access to a shared garden via French doors. Perfect for making the most of the sun and fresh sea air, step out onto the patio and fire up the BBQ. Back inside you’ll be keen to cook up a storm in the kitchen and sit around the table together. This space is completed with a lounge area with Smart TV for streaming all of your favourite shows – don’t forget your login details!

Access the popular Widemouth Bay beach within 0.5 miles, finding a spot on the sand for castle building and sunbathing or taking a dip in the sea. Make use of the seafront surf school to try your hand at a new skill or head on in with your surfboard ready to go. A short journey along the coast takes you to Bude (3 miles), a characterful seaside town with the bustling Summerleaze Beach and the Bude Sea Pool (3.5 miles) for safe wild swimming. From here you can venture along the Hartland Heritage Coast (4.5 miles), perhaps visiting Hartland Quay (18.5 miles) where the stunning county of Devon begins.

Very good location and great accommodation! It is located 5 mins walk to the beach, on a quiet street, with owners literally next door, sharing the same garden. The accommodation is attached to owners modern house, and is very good at keeping cool in the heat wave! It is more suitable for families rather than friends groups because to get to the liRead moreving room from one of the bedrooms, youll need to walk through the other bedroom. Owners are very kind and helpful too, when we texted them for help, they almost showed up immediately. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms and a big garden with sofa, clothes drying line, and an outdoor shower to flush down sand! There are plenty of cookers, plates and utensils in the kitchen for use. A washing machine as well. Highly recommend! Hide

A great property at a great location very near to the coastline. A bonus for us was a very large back garden that allowed our pet dog to run around.

Had a wonderful week at this well appointed annexe. If you love beaches and long walks then it is perfect. Simonne was the perfect host and suggested places to eat etc. I was lucky with the weather so managed to walk the coastal path to Bude and return via the canal path stopping at the Weir Restaurant then using the footpath by the farmers fields Read moreback to the Annexe. Very comfortable bed and very quiet location. If you are in the twin bedroom then access to lounge/kitchen is via the double. Hide

Great location 3min from beautiful beach Very clean Everything you need from clothes storage to kitchen utensils (though an air fryer would of been perfect) but we ate out every night anyway. The owners were very nice & helpful with information. Definitely highly recommend, so much so we're planning on going again.

The location was excellent for the beach and easy access to the main A39. Bude was just 3 miles away for supermarkets and small independent shops. The property was more for younger people.

Really good place and location Most comfortable bed, furniture and equipment, modern and comfortable. Would stay here again, only 3 minutes walk to beach and whalesborough path to the Weir Restaurant and Bude canal path to Bude Very dog friendly. Owners always on hand if required
