The open-plan living area is upstairs where you can have a cosy night in front of the wood burner and Smart TV and enjoy meals together at the beautiful handmade table in the kitchen. The four bedrooms are downstairs: two king size, a double and a twin, all with plush soft furnishings and Smart TVs. The two bathrooms are also on the ground floor. Outside you can relax in the bubbling hot tub or cook dinner on the BBQ while the kids play in the garden.
The cottage is on a country lane next to a working farm not far from the A30. It’s less than a mile to Lanhydrock estate, 900 acres of parkland with gorgeous walks. There’s also a golf course and a restaurant within 1 mile and the nearest beach, Par Sands, is 8 miles away – a huge sandy bay next to the village of Par you can take your furry friends on all year round. You’ll find lots of other beautiful beaches on the south and north coasts and stunning scenery on walks along the South West Coast Path. Foodie heaven Padstow is 18 miles away, The Eden Project 8 miles away and the Lost Gardens of Heligan 17 miles.
