Providing light and relaxing accommodation for families, couples and friends, the stylishly decorated and warmly furnished property is ideally positioned for walkers, beach lovers, sports fans and nature watchers exploring the region’s idyllic landscapes and glorious coastline. Situated just outside the historic town of Falmouth, this relaxing hideaway also enjoys access to the onsite clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court, children’s play area and a beautiful shared garden designed by David Bellamy.

Stepping inside the property, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner features a Smart TV, plush seating, a stylish dining table and a thoughtfully arranged, fully equipped kitchen space, providing an ideal area for you all to socialise in. The refreshing bathroom and three charming bedrooms are upstairs: one cosy king-size and two lovely super-king-size rooms (one en-suite). Outside, the back garden has plenty of outdoor furniture offering a great spot for a BBQ. The surrounding shared garden stretches across 16 acres, and the holiday park also features a friendly clubhouse, shop, children’s playground, plunge pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna and tennis courts. Private off-road parking is available for one car. Please note an unfenced stream flows through the grounds.

The property is ideally situated for exploring an idyllic part of Cornwall, with both Maenporth Beach and Swanpool Beach within a mile of the holiday park. The popular seaside resort of Falmouth is known for its historic harbour alongside a range of fantastic independent shops, pubs and restaurants, with attractions including Pendennis Castle and the National Maritime Museum Cornwall. Other local landmarks and places of interest include Trebah Garden, Poldark Mine, the King Edward Mine, Trelissick Garden, the Helston Railway and Enys Garden, all within 14 miles.

Beautiful cottage with everything you could need. Very comfortable beds with ensuite in the main bedroom. lots of seating available in the main room, Very comfortable sofa to relax after a busy day. Also a seating area outside in the rear of the property. Had a lovely stay.
