Set on the rugged St. Agnes Heritage Coast, this five-bed seaside town property is perfect for a special, dog-friendly get-together filled with beach days, nature walks and seafood dinners. With a garden boasting direct access to the beach, en-suites with every bedroom and a games room, you’ll be sure to have a memorable Cornish getaway.
Enter the property to find a reception lobby that leads to the bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with natural light pouring through the panoramic windows. A pop of red and wooden accents complement this homely, neutral-toned space. At the back of the room is a wooden ‘G’-shaped kitchen with a breakfast bar on the peninsula. Opposite is a wooden dining table and a large ‘U’-shaped sofa. Connected to this room is a generously-sized walk-in larder/utility room. Continue into the games room to find a multi-game table. Also on the ground floor is a king-size bedroom with a four-poster bed and an en-suite bathroom. Climb the stairs to reach a further three double bedrooms – two with en-suite bathrooms and one with an en-suite shower room. All four bedrooms have a TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick. Outside is an enclosed garden with shrubs, a small stream and furniture next to the gas BBQ. There is private parking for five cars.
