Feel like a pirate as you discover hidden beaches and coves around the National Trust’s Lantivet Bay (7 miles). A bit further on is Bodinnick with its car ferry (foot passengers also welcome) over to bustling Fowey. Or there’s a passenger ferry between Fowey and Polruan.
