This two-bed traditional cottage is a rare treat, thanks to its location in the centre of Padstow. It’s got all you’ll need for your Cornish adventure. But, best of all? Two dogs can come too so the whole pack can make magical memories together… The beautiful stone exterior houses bright and airy modern interiors affording comfort and practicality for a couple (or two) or a small family. Get to know Padstow or venture further to explore the wonderful sandy beaches and rugged outcrops of this coastline.

There’s four floors to this Cornish cottage, so be prepared for stairs! At least that should work off some of the foodie delights that await in this notoriously gourmet town. From the bottom up… the kitchen/diner is a big space where four can eat in comfort. Upstairs the lounge welcomes you in with two sofas, electric fire and a Smart TV. Up again is the stylish king-size bedroom which can become two twin beds (for children only) upon request. One final cottage-style staircase brings your to the master double bedroom, occupying the entire top floor, with wooden floorboards and wood panelling. The enclosed patio area outside is accessed by a rear entrance or via the kitchen/diner. It’s furnished and any canine chums are sure to love it.

Navigate to all of Padstow’s key sights on foot from here, with the harbour within 200 metres. Stop here and watch the world go by. Padstow is full of independent shops, cafes and restaurants so take the time to uncover all of its treasures. For a quirky trip, hop on the dog-friendly passenger ferry to Rock to explore that equally popular village and its glorious sandy expanse. Or walk stretches either way on the South West Coast Path for a different perspective.

  • 2 bedrooms – 1 double and 1 king-size (can be split into two 2’ 6” single beds upon request, only suitable for children

A lovely place to stay and very comfortable. Plenty of space with all the comforts of home. A nice garden at the back which gets the sun all day! Nice and close to the town. Anyone with disabilities wld struggle with the stairs, they are quite steep.

Really lovely central location in Padstows old town. Nicely finished, bedrooms in particular were really comfortable (the loft bedroom is also very spacious). Stairs up to loft bedroom have a very narrow tread. Nice large kitchen.

I would rate it to a friend but not if they are looking for all mod cons and luxury. PS a coffee machine would be a great addition.

The location is perfect but the cottage is very disjointed and does not flow. The lounge is on the road level but the dining room and kitchen are one level down and the room is dark and has a musty smell. There is a garden but it does not flow off the lounge and so is not useful. The decor is old and is not stylish at all. We have stayed in a lot oRead moref the neighbouring cottages which are all beautifully furnished. The cottage is overpriced for the lack of decor and lack of usable space. Hide

Incredible location and lots of space and facilities for the money. My only slight gripe was that the mattresses could be comfier and the pillows werent right for me but I understand thats just my preference. On the whole it was close to perfect and very good value!

Great location very close to the harbour. House was clean and tidy, garden area could possibly be tidied up a little. The stairs in the cottage are all very steep particularly into the top floor, they are also very narrow and slippy. The stairs from the living area are also quite warn with carpet tacs exposed .
