A countryside haven in the heart of coastal Cornwall - experience the best of both worlds. This stylish stone cottage finds itself in the heart of a working farm, perfectly tucked away with a bubbling hot tub and rural views as far as the eye can see. To soak up some Cornish culture, you're only 12 miles from the bustling shops and galleries of St Ives.

Open and spacious with an undeniable countryside charm, the traditional nods and grey-washed kitchen pairs perfectly with the colourful furnishings and highlights of wood - enjoy cooking up a feast in a real farmhouse kitchen. Then sink into the warm waters of the hot tub, watch the sun set over the hills and enjoy a glass of something bubbly, or snuggle up with a blanket and shut off from the world outside.

In the midst of Western Cornwall, you're never far from sparkling waters and white sands. Head north and explore Gwithian Bay, a gorgeous stretch of beach perfect for a spot of sea swimming. Head south 12 miles and take to the surf at Praa Sands, or simply stay local, grab your wellies and embark on muddy woodland walks straight from your doorstep.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay here. Set in the Cornish countryside this is a quiet cottage in a farm setting. The only other life we saw was the resident cows over the road. The cottage is rustic and has everything you need for a nice stay. Its in a great central location for seeing Cornwall - the list of things we did on our trip is endless as tRead morehere is so much within easy reach! Sarahs cottage is in a lovely peaceful location in the countryside on a working farm and is reasonable priced for accommodation with a hot tub. Unfortunately though our stay was a little disappointing. The cottage is a little run down with areas of mould/damp and we even had a leak through the ceiling of the porch when it rained. The garden is not Read moresecure and has a broken gate so be careful if bringing a dog. The children's play area is also rotten and falling apart. The phone signal and WiFi is very poor and even though they have a sky broadband box the tv keeps cutting out when watching films... very frustrating at times. The place is also infested with flys, probably because its on a working farm but it means you cant leave any windows or doors open. We contacted the owner on a few occasions to try and fix the problems, which they did respond to and they also gave us a bottle of wine to compensate. However I would not stay here again due to the flys and WiFi signal. Hide

We stayed in Sarah's Cottage for 4 nights, it was beautifully clean and tidy with a welcoming atmosphere. We had our little dog with us and he was very happy, particularly with the large enclosed garden. Lovely pub restaurants nearby, as well as gorgeous beaches. St Ives is a short drive away. A lovely holiday had by all.

Really happy with our stay. Perfect quiet location and hot tub was great. Lovely clean cottage, comfy beds and full with two showers upstairs very usefull for the 4 of us after days at the beach

Sarahs cottage is a beautiful cottage, set in a lovely farm. The cottage is well decorated and clean throughout and had a lovely feel to it. The welcome teas and coffees etc helped for when we arrived. Its really handy having a full size fridge and freezer. The kitchen is really well equipped. Its ideally located for local beaches, and parks eRead moretc. our little girl loved the climbing frame and swings etc which had a cute picnic table built in to it. the hot tub is great to relax in after a day out and about! We had a lovely stay. Clean and very cost. Our kids enjoyed it as much as we did. Location is spot on, as it is away from the noisy town, but at the same time very close to the stunning locations of west Cornwall .
