The property itself was gorgeous with amazing location overlooking the sea. We have stayed there many times over the last 10 years. The new problem is parking. There is a small space allocated to Surfers but its shared with another property, which is a four bedroom cottage. The recommended parking was on the main road adjacent to the property on a Read morefirst come first served basis and or the local car park. The problem with on road parking is that in busy periods there was vary rarely a free space. Parking in the local car park was 10 for 8+ hours BUT it closed at 10pm and had no overnight parking. That meant finding somewhere to park late at night somewhere in the village. If I knew this was an issue when booking I wouldnt have stayed there. There was ample parking on the site for the other cottages. In the past I have stayed at surfers and there was always sufficient parking for all of the cottages. My recommendation is to agree with the other properties on the location to allow parking for surfers to be granted in the general parking area and limited to one car only. Hide

Lovely location. Shame parking was taken away 3 days before we arrived. Still waiting for good will gesture . It was up to us to negotiate with other property to be able to unload and load. Fortunately for us they were amenable. Disappointing to return but feel we have to write this.

The property is very nice. I would recommend it for a weeks stay. Parking is very tight which can lead to disagreement with neighbours but in general okay?

Fantastic property in the most amazing location, without much of a hill to climb...bonus! It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need...the view was outstanding. Surfers is absolutely wonderful! Comfortable and homely, with beautiful views in an excellent location. Well equipped for self catering and decent sized mugs for hot drinks (always a bug bear of mine when they're tiny!), as well as located next to great eateries. I think the property is in a very good location and that what you pay for the views are outstanding but I think some of the furniture is looking slightly tired now the floor is looking tired especially by the patio door I think the money you pay the specifications has slipped I would still come back these are only a few minor issues

Great location right on the beach. Not overlooked, fantastic views out. Parking and electric charging available. Pretty much had everything needed. Can't shut the door of the main bedroom if it is made up as a twin, annoying for us because dog likes to get up and wander around during the night! Otherwise would recommend
