This striking holiday home is just 1 mile from Cornwall’s rugged North Coast, with its idyllic sandy beaches and dramatic coast paths. The converted barn, which boasts gorgeous views across open fields, sleeps four guests and makes a delightful couples retreat or base for a small family. After a day at the beach, head into the historic harbour town of Padstow (2 miles) to dine in one of the town’s many independent eateries.

The stylish stone property has a reverse-level layout and is reached via a flight of external steps to the first floor. Here, you’ll be greeted by a bright, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, and far-reaching coastal views. At one end is a chic kitchen area with everything needed for a self-catering getaway, along with an elegant dining table for sharing mealtimes as a group. After dinner, gather in the cosy lounge area, light the wood burner, and enjoy a movie night around the Smart TV. Two inviting bedrooms – a double and a bunk bedroom - are downstairs and the accommodation is rounded off by a contemporary shower room. To the rear of the holiday home is a private patio with a BBQ and furniture for al fresco dining. You’ll also have access to a vast shared lawn, and the property has private parking for two cars.

The five-star home is nestled between two of Cornwall’s most scenic beaches. Trevone Bay (1 mile) is a sheltered, sandy beach backed by cliffs, and is a lovely spot for a picnic or a dip in the tidal pool, while Harlyn Bay (1 mile) is a stunning, crescent-shaped sandy beach that’s a real hotspot for surfing and water sports. Trevose Head, 2 miles away, is a paradise for keen walkers, with jaw-dropping coastal scenery and excellent wildlife watching opportunities. You’ll also be within easy reach of the traffic-free Camel Trail and the long-distance South West Coast Path.

Lovely recently renovated property in quiet location near St Merryn, Harlyn and Padstow The property was clean and well presented- check in was simple and communication clear from the owners. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you!

We had the best time at the granary. It was incredibly easy to book, and access once we arrived. It is impeccably decorated, and so comfortable. It was so close to amazing beaches, and was perfect for a family holiday. Would definitely recommend.
