Venturing out of town, you’ll find Newquay (8 miles) and the city of Truro (8.5 miles) almost equidistant, unlocking a wider selection of activities to enjoy throughout your stay.

Decorated in soft, sandy tones with the occasional pastel pop, this delightful apartment oozes tranquillity. Make your way in via the shared entrance and up to the first floor before heading into your self-contained space. Along the hallway, the dual-aspect lounge/kitchen/diner provides an all-encompassing area for relaxation, complete with modern cabinets and appliances, soft seating and a Smart TV. There’s an additional TV in the double bedroom, where snuggly nights in can be enjoyed with a favourite film. Completing the interior is a bright, spacious shower room. While outdoor space at the property is limited, you’re just 50 metres from the spectacular golden arc of Perranporth Beach. This renowned spot is known for its exceptional surf, great swimming conditions and being home to the UK’s only pub on the beach (less than 1 mile away). From here, follow the easy route of the South West Coast Path to the St Agnes Heritage Coast (3 miles), an unspoilt coastal beauty spot with striking views and fascinating Cornish heritage.

Very disappointed as a four star rating I expected a dishwasher/washing machine, hairdryer. Only two bath towels no face cloths. The most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept in it certainly wasnt a double bed! The electric went off twice on our weeks stay due to it not being topped up. Peeling paint in bathroom not very clean! The ad stated garden furRead moreniture but didnt say it was two chairs in a car park! It felt very much like a budget holiday. Last year I stayed in a house that was exceptionally good which is why I chose holiday cottages! I dont readily complain but feel so strongly about the star rating! The only thing going for this property was the location! Hide

This flat is right in the centre of the village close to all amenities and close to the beach. The flat itself is well decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldnt hestitate to book again in the future when we return to Perranporth.
