This welcoming home is set on the fringes of Bodmin Moor and boasts far-reaching countryside views. Escape with eight friends and immerse yourselves in Cornwall’s diverse countryside before enjoying a relaxing evening on the sun terrace.

Step inside this cosy cottage right into the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The sleek wooden kitchen has everything you need to create meals for all occasions and a central island where guests can sit and entertain the chef. The dining table is set in front of a large window that makes the best of the panoramic views, and a cosy lounge provides a perfect spot for relaxing and unwinding. Two of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor: a double with an en-suite wet room, and a bunk bedroom which sleeps two. Upstairs, the remaining bedrooms comprise a twin and a king-size bedroom, which also has its own en-suite shower room and has a balcony. Completing the first floor is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Private parking is available for three cars.

There are tonnes of walking routes and places to see nearby, including the natural rock formation of The Cheesewring and the intriguing Hurlers Stone Circles (3 miles) where you will be rewarded with dramatic views of the rolling countryside. Down the road is the village of Upton Cross (1.5 miles) where you will find a welcoming country pub.
