Escape and unwind in the magnificent Cornish countryside at this light and airy lodge, ideal for couples or solo travellers keen to explore Cornwall’s coast. This glamping experience on the edge of Bodmin Moor is surrounded by picturesque scenery, wonderful walks and beautiful biking routes. Explore the nearby market town of Launceston (8 miles) – once Cornwall’s capital and now a historic destination filled with Norman architecture and winding medieval streets. Take the Launceston Steam Railway, a 2.5-mile narrow-gauge line offering leisurely rides through Kensey Valley. Discover a selection of breathtaking beaches, including Crackington Haven and surfer-favourite Widemouth Bay, within 15 miles.

Before stepping into this charming lodge, take a moment to appreciate the peaceful surrounding landscapes. Head inside and you’ll find an inviting studio-style living space with muted colours, creating a calming, homely ambience. In the kitchen are all the appliances you need to rustle up a lazy brunch or romantic dinner. Eat together in the dining space or on fine evenings, dine alfresco to enjoy the sunsets. At one end of the lodge is a restful double bed, perfect after a day exploring the coast. A separate wet room with a WC completes the interior features of this cosy property. Outside, a small seating area awaits, ideal for a morning brew. Light the firepit and spend a cosy evening with a glass in hand, watching the dark skies of Cornwall reveal themselves. There is ample private parking available.

Hikers will love being so close to Bodmin Moor, where Colliford Lake (10.5 miles), Bronn Wennili Peak (15.5 miles), and the mystic Nine Stones circle (9 miles) await.
