Some 5 miles from St Austell, it is just 250 metres from the beach at Par Sands and in an excellent location for striking out along the South West Coast Path.

Climb four wooden steps up to the door and stroll inside to find homely accommodation where you can truly relax. Unpack the groceries and fresh Cornish produce you bought on your last trip out. Rustle up a tasty meal in the well-designed kitchen, then set the table for your feast. Choose a book from the shelves or sink back into one of the deep sofas in front of your favourite show on the Smart TV. As night falls, make your way through to one of the inviting bedrooms.
