Located right across the road from Polzeath’s golden-sand beach, this stylish seaside home is perfect for a coastal break. It’s excellently suited to families and friends and up to two dogs and has panoramic sea views to wake up to each morning. For coastal adventures on foot, join the South West Coast Path (150 metres) and head towards Pentire Headland (1.5 miles) – you may well see local seals and dolphins along the way.

Across the hall is a peaceful en-suite super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom, which can be arranged as a twin, along with a handy utility room. The other four bedrooms, each with a TV and an en-suite, are up on the first floor: three super-king-size zip-and-link rooms with balcony access and one king-size zip-and-link room, all of which can be made up as twins. Climb up one more floor to find a stylish split-level living area. This makes a lovely social hub, with its contemporary kitchen, large dining table and cocktail bar complete with mood lighting. In the evenings, settle into the plush lounge beside the wood burner, or climb the ladder to the cushion-filled mezzanine sky hammock for a different perspective over the beach. The living space opens onto a large balcony overlooking the sand and sea – perfect for al fresco meals, morning coffees and chilled drinks at sundown. There’s private parking for two cars in the garage (height restriction of 2.1 metres) along with a permit for one extra car at Tristram Car Park (please provide a registration number before arrival).
Polzeath has a strong selection of pubs, restaurants, beach cafés and surf shops to check out (0.5 miles). A little further away, follow the coast path or drive to In beaches at Greenaway (1.5 miles), Daymer Bay (1 mile) and Rock (3 miles). From Rock, you could hop aboard the ferry across the Camel Estuary to Padstow for a change of scene.
