Situated in the picturesque village of Trebetherick, this superb holiday residence offers elegant accommodation for ten guests seeking a spacious Cornish hideaway. A fabulous retreat for larger families and groups of friends, the stylishly designed property sits in an ideal spot with Polzeath Beach, Greenaway Beach and Daymer Bay within half a mile. Featuring a roaring wood burner and a cute balcony, this light-filled getaway is perfectly positioned for beach lovers, water sports enthusiasts and nature spotters exploring a spellbinding part of North Cornwall.

Stepping inside this stunning property, take the stairs to the first floor where you will be welcomed by the fresh, spacious and elegantly presented kitchen/diner with a lovely central dining table, ample equipment and plenty of workspace for preparing family feasts. The kitchen also offers a useful breakfast bar and seating area, with French doors leading to a pretty balcony perfect for hosting a light breakfast. Back inside, a few steps lead up to the relaxing lounge which sits beneath a double-height ceiling, with plush seating, a TV, wood burner and a stunning high glass wall. A mezzanine level overlooks the lounge, with a sumptuous king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and a characterful porthole window. An invigorating bathroom and the four remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor. Outside, the sunken sun terrace makes a charming spot for dining alfresco. Private off-road parking is available for four cars.

Polzeath is half a mile north, famous its gorgeous surfers’ beach. The secluded Greenaway Beach leads down the coast to Daymer Bay, and then to the picturesque village of Rock (2 miles) where you can use the foot ferry to cross the river to Padstow (3 miles). Local landmarks and attractions include Pencarrow House and Garden, Bodmin Jail Attraction, and Camel Creek Family Adventure Park, all within 14 miles.
