Located between the pretty villages of Boscastle and Tintagel, this beautifully refurbished Victorian villa is a lovely spot for a holiday. The four-bedroom home sits along the quiet trail that leads to St Nectan’s Glen (0.5 miles) and its magical waterfall. Take a scenic stroll to Rocky Valley and Tintagel (both within 1.5 miles) or head the other way to visit Boscastle’s charming harbour, shops and cafes (2.5 miles). With space for eight guests, this luxury home is perfect for a holiday among family or friends.

On arrival, step into a grand entrance hallway complete with a sweeping staircase and beautiful tiled floor. The spacious kitchen/diner is full of sunlight and lovely green views, creating a welcoming space for socialising and cooking together. In the elegant lounge, soothing tones and a roaring wood burner set you up for cosy evenings. In warm weather, throw open the French doors to the patio for easy indoor/outdoor living. All the bedrooms are upstairs: two king-size rooms (one of which has an en-suite shower room), a double bedroom, and a cosy twin. A gorgeous, green-tiled family bathroom completes the indoor space. Out in the garden, you’ll have plenty of room to stretch out and soak up your surroundings. The expansive lawn and pretty patio are ideal for fair-weather meals, while the raised sun terrace – set on a slope – offers glimpses of the sea. Winding paths lead through mature shrubs in the lower garden, giving you peaceful corners to explore. There’s also a handy utility room outside and private parking for six cars.

The property is surrounded by coastal and woodland trails that are a delight to discover on foot. Seaside lovers will be thrilled to explore a trio of beaches: Bossiney Cove, Trebarwith, and Crackington Haven (all within 8.5 miles).
