Spend beautiful days strolling through the historic narrow streets of Padstow, and in the evening, come home and gather your loved ones on the cottage’s lower terrace for a stylish sundowner while the stars come out.

Pull into your private parking spot (there’s room for one car, as well as room for one small car in the garage) and step inside your elegant cottage. Make your way to the first floor, where you’ll find an inviting open-plan living/kitchen/dining area with a cosy open fire and stunning views across the Camel Estuary towards Rock. Take a moment to appreciate the views before you head to the chic kitchen area to rustle up some dinner. Savour a delicious meal at the wooden dining table or step through the French doors from the first-floor living space into the split-level rear garden to dine alfresco. After dinner, pour a glass of wine and unwind on the pretty terrace while you soak up the fabulous sea views, or head back to the living room to warm your toes by the open fire. At the end of the day, head up to the second floor and you’ll find three beautifully styled bedrooms: two doubles and a charming twin. Two stylish shower rooms complete the layout.

Take a refreshing stroll along the dramatic cliffs at Trevose Head (5 miles). Soak up the sweeping sea views and keep your eyes peeled for kittiwakes and shags. Alternatively, spend a lazy afternoon browsing the stylish shops and cafes in the market town of Wadebridge (8 miles).
