Entering the property, the shared hallway has a staircase and a lift, both heading up to this welcoming second-floor apartment. Inside, the main lounge/kitchen/diner has an impressive high vaulted ceiling, wooden flooring and a vast picture window framing a stunning sea view. The stylishly arranged lounge has a Smart TV and plush seating, with a chic central dining table, and a sleek, beautifully equipped kitchen over to one side. When it’s time to turn in for the night, there are two pretty bedrooms – a cheerful en-suite double and a lovely twin, each with superb views. The accommodation also features a refreshing bathroom. Allocated parking is available for one car.

The beautiful, family-friendly beach at Kennack Sands is just half a mile away, with the much quieter and secluded Carleon Cove a mile to the south. The apartment is a perfect base for exploring the Lizard, with the cheerful coastal village of Cadgwith nearby, home to the Devil's Frying Pan (2 miles). A little further along the peninsula are the gleaming beach at Kynance Cove (5 miles) and the lovely sheltered beach at Poldhu Cove (6 miles). The area has a wealth of attractions including Pendennis Castle, Lizard Point, the Cornish Seal Sanctuary, and Penrose Estate, all within 20 miles.

One word for the apartment ... amazing. Our only issue was the car parking. Their isn't a lot of space if you have a SUV. The person parking next to me gave no room for exiting my vehicle!!

The apartment was immaculate and equipped with everything anyone might need. The huge windows fill the space with light, even on dull days. The coastal views are spectacular and we were particularly lucky to see a barn owl hunting at dusk in the adjacent meadow.
