Just a mile or so from the northern coast, the fresh and characterful property sits along the outskirts of Lower Boscaswell, within half a mile of the picturesque village of Pendeen. This stretch of the South West Coast Path will take you past Botallack Mine, The Avarack Pools and Boscaswell Cliffs, and along via Pendeen Lighthouse to Portheras Cove, all within 2.5 miles. Inland, you can visit the nearby Geevor Tin Mine Museum (0.5 miles), with other sites including Morvah Quoit, Boswens Menhir and Tregeseal Barrow all within 3 miles. The property is also ideally positioned for visiting Penzance, St Ives, Marazion and Land’s End, all within 13 miles.

Entering the cottage, a welcoming porch/utility area has a washing machine and a seat, with plenty of space for leaving boots and coats. Heading through, the bright and elegantly presented kitchen/diner features a sociable central dining table and plenty of equipment, providing a wonderful space for preparing and sharing all your favourite dishes. A step leads down into a fresh and spacious lounge with a Smart TV, a snug wood burner and plenty of seating, including a lovely corner sofa. Going upstairs, you will find the invigorating main shower room and three light, cosy bedrooms, all with charming country views: there’s a snug bunk bedroom, a cheerful double and a relaxing king-size room with a handy en-suite shower room. The first floor also benefits from original exposed ceiling beams and whitewashed stone walls, adding a touch of character.

Heading outside, the enclosed garden is a lovely space to unwind in and has a lawn, a gravelled area and plenty of outdoor furniture, providing a relaxing spot for a morning coffee or for dining alfresco on a sunny evening.
