The lodge is set on a family-run holiday park where there are strolls among woodland and beside a private estuary just 500 metres from your door. For days at the beach head to peaceful Porthilly Cove (3 miles), the golden sands of Rock (4.5 miles), or the surfing waves of Polzeath (5 miles). Alternatively, take the foot ferry over to Padstow (12 miles by car) and explore the variety of shops and excellent seafood restaurants. For inland adventures, Bodmin Moor offers mile upon mile for walking.
