Step inside this single-storey stone property to discover a light-filled living space where rustic charm meets contemporary comfort. Beamed ceilings, warm, earthy tones and large windows create a soothing, welcoming environment filled with countryside views. The stylish kitchen has all the essentials for easy holiday catering – including a wine fridge – while the dining area invites siable meals and conversation. Relax after a day’s adventuring in the lounge, patio doors inviting a warm breeze inside on sunny days or snuggled next to the wood burner on those chilly evenings. Both bedrooms feature en-suite shower rooms and Smart TVs; choose between a double room and a zip-and-link king that can be made up as a twin on request. Outside, enjoy the dining table and hot tub on the patio, plus a grassy garden area. With two allated parking spaces, arrivals are always stress-free.

Pick up the Camel Trail to cycle through moorland or lace up your hiking boots and set off to explore Bodmin Moor’s rugged tors and valleys. Visit historic Bodmin with its infamous jail (4 miles) or head to the coast for picnics and paddles at Lantic Bay or Porthpean (both 14 miles). Keen walkers can pick up parts of the South West Coast Path (from 12 miles) while the Eden Project and King Arthur’s Tintagel are within 21 miles.

We had such a wonderful stay here at Broad Park and honestly didn't want to leave. The cottage is beautifully finished throughout, with a real sense of quality in every room. The kitchen is particularly impressive, it has everything you could need and is a lovely space to cook and spend time together. The two spacious ensuite bedrooms made it feRead moreel really luxurious, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. After long days exploring the beautiful Cornish countryside and beaches, it was so nice to come back, relax in the hot tub, and enjoy the peaceful garden and patio. It really is the perfect place to unwind. We also loved how dog friendly it was. The secure outdoor space gave our dog plenty of room to run around, which made the stay even more enjoyable for all of us. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay. It's peaceful, comfortable, and finished to such a high standard. We've already recommended it to several friends and family, and we'd happily stay here again. Hide

Stunning conversion, everything completed to a high standard. Added bonus of hot tub and large enclosed garden perfect for our dog. When it says enclosed. It definately is. Both bedrooms ensuite which is great. Would recommend to others. Location central to Cornwall most places within 30 minutes drive which is ideal.

Great location with walks to Lanhydrock estate from the door and access to nearby rail station. Great quality property which is comfortable, well maintained and modern. We had a lovely peaceful stay for the week. Would highly recommend to anyone.

A great location to explore North Cornwall. The cottage itself is finished to a really high standard and was immaculate throughout. The hot tub is lovely to sit outside in the evenings and was an added bonus on what was a rainy week. Our two pooches loved the garden area and had plenty of space to run and explore. This barn conversion is spacious, light and airy with lovely countryside views. It is quiet and peaceful and being able to walk from the cottage to Lanhydrock house and gardens was wonderful. Bodmin Parkway station is nearby but we rarely heard the trains so they did not disturb us at all. There was a lovely welcome hamper on arrival which wRead moreas very much appreciated after a long journey. The owners and housekeeper obviously take great pride in their property. It shows! The cottage was beautifully presented and the hosts provided a warm welcome. Despite having concerns on being close to the railway, it was not noisy at all. We were able to enjoy quieter evenings in the hot tub looking at the stars. The beds were very comfortable , the location was great with lots of cycle rides from the door or nearby.
