The cottage was lovely, clean and welcoming. Parking good, great location, near Heligan and the Eden project. Fowey is a must see stunning place. The ice cream shop has chairs so you can sit under the trees, lovely in the hot weather. The globe Sunday lunch was excellent, only 10/14. The cottage has a Dyson fan, most welcome on the hottest day of Read morethe year. Hide

What an incredible place! A gorgeous building, friendly neighbours and stunning decoration and interiors - the property is set next to a beautiful river (you can walk down into town) and train station but unbelievably quiet through day and night - Lostwithiel is a stunning little town and we loved exploring it in the mornings and evenings of our stRead moreay (including pop up brewery at the entrance to the Quays!). The property is sparkling clean and Smelt amazing when we arrived - equipped with everything you need and more - I hadnt considered baking a cake on holiday but you could! All the kitchen items are top quality and everything is so clean its basically new. All the decor is stunning and very comfortable. Clever wardrobe solution and gorgeous bed welcomed us after exploring Cornwall each day. The gorgeous welcome tray and baked goodies were such a treat to find when we arrived, hugely appreciated the thoughtful touch. So grateful to have been able to stay here fairly last minute, and at a great price - would stay again and will be recommending to friends and family. Also checking regularly in case anything comes up for sale as I would happily live there! Hide

This accommodation is excellent, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. The property is ideally situated for the river and is a short walk over the ancient bridge into the town.
