This bijou cottage, just seconds from the sea, promises a restorative stay on Cornwall’s coast. Situated in St Ives – one of the area’s most beloved holiday destinations – the property invites four guests to truly switch off, embracing long walks, surfing adventures, beach days, and slow, mindful visits to the town’s renowned art galleries. With an exceptional location within walking distance of the town’s many attractions, you can leave the car parked up and spend your entire stay exploring on foot. You won’t have far to go to enjoy time on the golden sands, with St Ives offering four beautiful beaches to choose from.

Whitewashed decor, wooden panelling, and playful nautical accents lend a characterful coastal charm to this seaside abode. Step into the kitchen/diner, a practical space for cooking dinner or preparing a picnic for the beach. Two steps lead down into the lounge, where soft seating and a Smart TV offer a cosy setting for restful evenings in. After a family-favourite film or an engaging box set, retire to bed. Both bedrooms – a double and a bunk room – are located on the first floor, along with a fresh and modern shower room featuring a luxurious rainfall shower. The property also benefits from an allocated parking space in a private car park just 0.5 miles away – a rare find in busy St Ives.

Set on winding streets filled with local artists at work, St Ives is known for its exceptional galleries, including Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden (both less than 0.5 miles away). Spend time wandering through these inspiring spaces before relaxing in a cafe or pub, sampling a dish made with the catch of the day. The South West Coast Path stretches out from the town into the stunning coastal countryside, with cliff-top viewpoints to discover at Clodgy Point (1 mile) and out towards Seal Island (3.5 miles).

Lovely little cottage in a perfect location. Very tidy and well equipped. Might be a squeeze for a family of four staying longer than a week but absolutely perfect for a short break or a couple
